Burger Patties
1 package Firm tofu
1 cup uncooked oats
3 green onions
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp garlic powder
dash cumin & paprika
Preheat oven to 400F
Remove some of the water from the tofu (It's okay if there's still some water left). Mash it up in a bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Bake in greased pan for 15 minutes. You can add some shredded cheese on top the last minutes, and then turn on broiler for an additional two minutes.
While those bake, saute' some mushrooms until tender and aromatic.
Toast two slices of bread (buns, tortillas, or whatever you choose). Add toppings of your choice.
(On mine, there was leftover Avocado cream sauce, lettuce, and waxed peppers)
Plate and enjoy!!
