B.L.T

This sandwich was so quick and just as tasty.  We had a food rep come into work, and I got these really cool biscuit burger buns.  They're so thin and crisp...love them.  
 
B.L.T. Bliss
2 Burger buns or 4 slices bread
4 slices Vegan Bacon( I used Smart Bacon this time)
Half an avocado, cubed
Half a tomato, thinly sliced
A small bunch of romaine or spinach leaves
1 Tsp Vegan Mayo( I prefer the Reduced Fat or Grapeseed Vegenaise)
1/2 Tsp Mustard

Heat bacon for a few minutes each side in a skillet.  While the bacon is heating, throw the bread in a toaster.  Pull the bacon off the stove, then add the mayo, mustard, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and bacon onto the bun. Plate and enjoy!!
