Status Update: Needing Pest Control

 So, I figure if I can waste my time reading about people's off-and-now-back-on-relationships through an unnamed social media network, I can show you what I made the other night. Two questions here.  Who knew everyone lived in glass houses, and why can't I stop myself from looking?

....Okay, three.  Does anyone want some cake?

 It's oil-free, chocolate-blueberry and amazing.  I got the cake recipe from one of my favorite blogs, FatFreeVegan.  The chocolate was brilliant with the hints of bluberry and the cake itself was so rich and delectable!  It's sweetened with agave instead of sugar, which helps keep the oil out of the recipe too.

Unfortunately I let a sugar addicted somebody pressure me into putting frosting on this cake at the end because it would've been heavenly even without it.  That's how sweet and lovely the cake was.  But, obviously others may feel differently.

I went to cut a slice to bring to a co-worker the next day, and found a rowdy raccoon came in, scraped off all the blueberries and left only the unfrosted bottom of the cake. 

I'm sure a raccoon somewhere is updating his status to something about awesome chocolate blueberry cake. or maybe just frosting.

Either way, it was darn good.
